The Carter family is reportedly thinking of filing a lawsuit against Kanye West for going too far in his targeting of them. It is commonly known that Kanye West and Jay-Z had a falling out.
The former has been recording it through songs, social media posts, and tirades at concerts. It’s understandable why the two rappers who formed Watch the Throne have turned against one another. West has been critical of Hov and his wife, Beyonce, on numerous occasions. However, many believe that his recent Twitter outburst went too far. According to reports, Jay and Bey are preparing a retort to the rapper’s offensive remarks regarding the couple’s twins.
According to a source who spoke to Page Six, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are thinking about suing Kanye West. “[They] are aware of the posts Kanye has since deleted and are discussing how they want to handle this situation,” said a source. “Whether that be privately and/or in a legal matter.” The insider claimed that Jay-Z and Beyonce are tired of Kanye West, but the specific plan has not been made public. They went on to say, “[They] will absolutely not stand for it,” The only detail the source felt comfortable disclosing was Jay and Bey’s public response to West’s remarks. They won’t, that’s all. “[The couple] have no plans on publicly addressing Kanye’s X posts about their children,” the source stated.
On Twitter, Kanye West claimed that the youngest children of Jay-Z and Beyoncé had mental health issues. “Wait has anyone ever seen Jay-Z and Beyonce’s younger kids they’re retrted,” the rapper wrote. “No like literally.” In a move that offended almost everyone, Ye then connected artificial insemination to disability. “This is why artificial insemination is such a blessing,” he wrote. “Having retrted children is a choice.” In the end, the rapper removed the message, but he gave some background on why.
“I need everyone to know that I took the post about Jay Z and Beyoncé’s family down,” West tweeted. “ecause there was a possibility of my Twitter being cancelled [sic].” He maintained that his choice had nothing to do with his character as a “good person.” West also felt compelled to make a crude joke. He went on to say, “Took it down like down syndrome,” “Get it.” It’s understandable why Jay-Z and Bey have allegedly decided not to interact with the artist in public.
