Not many people are safe, which is just one of the many things people are learning about Diddy’s mess.

It appears that everyone who has interacted with him in any way is involved in his accusations. All in all, the situation is incredibly disorganized, particularly given the seemingly daily influx of new litigation. Determining which purported victim has actual proof in their documents is really difficult. However, Diddy and his loved ones, as well as those connected to him, are being impacted by his alleged past choices. This has been demonstrated in this instance, as Diddy’s former bodyguard is now required to file a lawsuit in order to lawfully respond.

Joseph Sherman, the former employee of the founder of Bad Boy Records, is suing Thalia Graves for $100 million in mental pain and defamation, according to AllHipHop. In 2001, at the studio of the label in question, she accused Diddy and Sherman of rape. Graves further claims that the two men recorded the entire performance and sold the video. Sherman, however, asserts that this could not have occurred. The reason is that Diddy fired him in 1999.In other words, after 1999, Joseph Sherman, the plaintiff, was not even permitted to be near Sean Combs or the Bad Boy recording studios. This means that “he could not have raped or videotaped Thalia Graves.”

Sherman’s lawyer, Darnell Crosland, said that Graves’ claims are “utterly false and untrue.” Crosland further declares that these are “outrageous, disgusting, and life altering statements and publishings… without any regard for the truth.” Sherman believes that this whole thing has been “a money grab” on Graves’ side in addition to being basically garbage. During an interview with NBC New York last month, he gave the media access to certain text exchanges that contained a lot of information.

They demonstrate that, in exchange for his consent to testify on her behalf, Graves was prepared to keep him out of her lawsuit against Diddy. In the process, she also blackmailed him. One of her messages said, “My attorneys will leave you out of any proceedings because we have statements that you physically showed over eight people videos of me and you to people in the studio.” said Sherman, “I don’t know what the f* you talking about [or] know who the f* you are.” He denied that he had never seen a video of the alleged rape and that he did not know who she was.
