TMZ has confirmation from law enforcement sources in Buenos Aires. After receiving Liam Payne’s belongings during his flight to the city last month, Geoff, Liam’s father, requested the missing Rolex watch, claiming it holds sentimental significance. The Rolex has vanished, according to the police.

Authorities claim Liam was not wearing the watch when he fell from the balcony, and they formally declare it was not stolen after he fell. However, security camera footage purports to show the watch on Liam’s wrist hours before he passed away.

According to TMZ, police in Argentina are attempting to find Liam Payne’s Rolex watch following his drug-induced death from a fall from his hotel room’s third-floor balcony.

According to law enforcement officials, the former “One Direction” singer’s pricey watch vanished around the time his body was discovered in the Buenos Aires courtyard of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel on October 16.

The watch was not discovered during police raids on the hotel and the residences of three suspects who were taken into custody last week in relation to Liam’s death, according to Buenos Aires newspaper La Nacion.

The defendants were accused of leaving the musician and giving him drugs, respectively. The defendants were Liam’s friend, a hotel housekeeper, and an alleged drug dealer.

According to the media site, in case they missed the watch during their first sweep, authorities intend to return to the hotel for another check of Liam’s suite.

“He had it in one of his hands and he had it at least two to three hours before his fatal hotel fall,” according to a prosecution source cited by La Nacion, who also asserts that surveillance footage showed Liam wearing the watch the day he passed away.

In the ongoing case, the police have yet another enigma to unravel.
