According to Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo, “This man [Cardello-Smith] is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years.

His CV now includes conducting a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him, let alone been served with a complaint. Mr. Combs hopes that this judgment will be quickly dismissed.”

Diddy just received a $100 million default judgment from a judge in a sexual assault claim that he had dismissed.

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a current convict, claimed in his lawsuit that Diddy drugged and sexually abused him at a party in Detroit in 1997. The judge did not examine whether the statute of limitations had gone.

According to the lawsuit, the two were drinking and smoking pot at the party before stripping naked with a group of ladies. Cardello-Smith claims he was conducting oral sex on a woman when he felt a masculine hand on his left buttock, which he believes was Diddy’s. A little while later, he claims Diddy served him a tainted drink, and he passed out.

Hours later, Cardello-Smith claims he awoke to find Diddy having sex with a lady, and Diddy allegedly told him, “I did this to you too.”

Cardello-Smith sued for $100 million, but legal documents show Diddy did not respond to the complaint. Diddy’s default judgment hearing was scheduled for Monday, but he did not appear. So the judge handed Cardello-Smith what he wanted: $100 million.

The judge also established a payment schedule, with installment payments of $10 million per month beginning October 1.
