The formal introduction of Zoom Docs, an AI-powered word processor, has expanded the office software industry even more.

If your firm utilizes Zoom, prepare to use it soon.
Zoom Docs, which was officially announced in March of this year, is powered by the company’s Zoom AI Companion, allowing users — specifically businesses — to collaborate more effectively within Zoom’s video conferencing ecosystem. Thus, with the AI Companion at its core, Zoom Docs can generate meeting summaries, reports, and action plans.

During meetings, participants can create, exchange, and collaborate on documents in real time without leaving the conference window. This functionality is available to mobile attendees, who can see and collaborate on papers without having to sign in. Users can also create editable and shareable documents with customisable meeting information, making it easier to disseminate important details.

Furthermore, bulk settings simplify permission sharing by providing meeting attendees with temporary access to collaborate during sessions.

The best part, as previously said, is that because Zoom Docs are part of the company’s Workplace ecosystem, documents may be shared effortlessly across Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Mail, or directly in Zoom Meetings, providing a more fluid experience.

Zoom Docs is currently accessible and included in all paid Zoom Workplace services.
