The Oscar winner made the decision to share with fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how he filmed an action scene by himself for the upcoming Bad Boys: Ride or Die sequel on Tuesday, June 4. In the video, Smith is handling a camera strapped to his back while simultaneously carrying a rifle.

The 55-year-old can be seen aiming at opponents as Martin Lawrence is attentively observing him, giving the impression of a scene from a Call of Duty video game.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the third installment in the 1995 original film series, opens in theaters on Friday, June 7. In this fourth episode, Smith and Lawrence reunite as Detective Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett, the dynamic duo who works together to uncover wrongdoing within the Miami Police Department.

Joe Pantoliano, John Salley, Vanessa Hudgens, Paola Nunez, Alexander Ludwig, and Jacob Scipio are among the stars who have appeared in every Bad Boys movie on repeat. Rhea Seehorn, Tiffany Haddish, Eric Dane, and Loan Gruffudd make their first appearances in the cast of Ride or Die. It is also anticipated that DJ Khaled would play Manny the Butcher again in Bad Boys For Life.

Lawrence provided a health update during the movie’s press tour in response to fans’ rumors that something might be “off” with him. A videotape from a press junket when many felt the Martin star seemed disengaged was posted by The Neighborhood Talk.

“Martin isn’t feeling well. As one person murmured, “Get well, Marty Mar,” another remarked, “There’s something really strange about Martin.” His slurred speech and delayed response. Will’s recognition is evident just by observing him.
