Kevin Costner claims his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner is refusing to leave their home after they divorced.
According to paperwork acquired by TMZ, the Yellowstone actor noted that following their divorce filing in May, Christine had 30 days to relocate out of their residence, which is legally held by him, under the rules of their prenuptial agreement.
The 68-year-old actor/director testified in court that he believes Christine has not left the house to encourage him to give in to her “various financial demands.”
The actor stated in the paperwork that he had given the designer over $1.2 million (£900,000) per his responsibilities under the prenup, and that he has given her around $1.45 million (£1.14 million) after their divorce.

In addition, the Dances with Wolves star stated that he is willing to contribute $30,000 (£24,000) per month for a rental house and another $10,000 (£8,000) to support Christine’s moving expenses.
The Field of Dreams star argued that he owns all three of their homes, and that the prenup, signed in 2004, requires her to leave them if they divorce.
Christine filed for divorce on May 1, 2004, after they married in 2004. Cayden Wyatt, 16, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13, are their three children.
From 1978 through 1994, Kevin was married to Cindy Costner.
