Another Bel-Air mansion has been taken up by Tyler, The Creator.

This time, the Los Angeles native paid $13 million, $2 million less than the initial asking price, for a white stucco and wood-sided building. The enormous house, which was erected in the early 1970s, had a total ground-up reconstruction in 2022.

The 5,000 square foot living area has three levels, four bedrooms, six bathrooms, handcrafted Brazilian wood floors finished in white oak, high ceilings, and steel-case windows all through. Almost every room has sweeping views of the ocean and city lights thanks to the large amounts of glass.

Other amenities include a step-up cigar lounge, a state-of-the-art movie theater, and an acre of land that is gated and very secure. The formal living and dining rooms, the eat-in island kitchen, the high-end appliances, and the adjacent casual dining space are additional highlights. A saltwater pool with a wood deck surrounding it, a dry sauna, a fire pit, and a bar and barbecue setup only makes things better.
