Esmé Bianco and Marilyn Manson have come to an amicable agreement over her claim of sexual abuse.

In February 2021, the British actress who starred in Game of Thrones accused the musician and her ex-boyfriend in public of sexual abuse. A few months later, she filed a lawsuit accusing them of sexual assault, physical abuse, and people trafficking. The accusations have been constantly refuted by Manson.

It was disclosed on Tuesday that the matter had been settled without a trial by both sides. The agreement’s conditions are not disclosed.

Howard E. King, an attorney for Marilyn Manson, confirmed to Rolling Stone that “Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc.” Her attorney, Jay Ellwanger, said in a statement that she reached the agreement because she wanted to “move on with her life and career.”

Due to the settlement, the singer, real name Brian Warner, is no longer subject to more than one Jane Doe abuse claim. His former assistant Ashley Walters’ claim was dismissed in May 2022, while model Ashley Morgan Smithline’s complaint was dismissed in January due to her failure to retain a new attorney.

Manson has defended his innocence, asserting that all of his sexual encounters were voluntary.

After Evan Rachel Wood accused him of being violent during their relationship in February 2021, he is currently suing her for slander.
