After Marquise Jackson offered him money in exchange for time with him, 50 Cent reacted.

The rapper’s estranged eldest son, 50, jokingly proposed last week to pay his father $6,700 to spend a day with him as a father and son.

The 25-year-old had previously drawn attention by asserting that the $6,700 per month in child support paid by 50 Cent was insufficient to support his New York City lifestyle.

Marquise posted a picture of himself sitting next to a stack of $100 bills that were arranged to spell out the word “entitled” on Instagram. He wrote, “Since y’all think $6,700 is sooo much money, someone tell my pops I will pay him $6,700 for just 24hr of his time so we can do everything I ever wanted to do with him as a kid,” underneath the picture.

You Stupid @199viq I’ll Take 5 Over There Myself I Might Even Play Some Games With You, wrote Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. in a comment on Marquise’s post. He is the son of Detroit drug boss Big Meech and the star of 50 Cent’s BMF series.

On his own Instagram page on Tuesday (October 11), 50 Cent at last responded to the controversy. He shared Lil Meech’s reaction.

The entrepreneur that he is, 50 also took advantage of the occasion to promote his expanding TV empire by sharing the trailer for his new BMF (Black Mafia Family) docuseries, which will broadcast on STARZ later this month.

“[grinning squinting face] @lilmeechbmf & @michaelraineyjr know what’s up stupid!” the G-Unit boss wrote in his caption. “BLOWING MONEY FAST 10.23.22 it’s lit ? @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi GLG? GreenLightGang.”

Marquise Jackson, whose mother is 50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins, spoke with entrepreneur and former rapper Choke No Joke about his father’s child support obligations during an Instagram Live session.

In the state of New York City, $6,700 each month. You figure it out,” he said. “You can’t just live in any neighborhood—you’re talking about a Forbes lister, you’re talking about someone who has issues with everyone. A mere $81K [per year] is not a lot of money!

Marquise Jackson and 50 Cent have been at odds for a long time. In 2020, 50 discussed their tense relationship with Van Lathan during an Instagram Live chat, and she implied that their conflict stemmed from Marquise’s mother.

“It’s a sad circumstance, it is tragic,” he remarked. “You don’t always ask for the things that come with success when you pray for it. There is no such thing as success without enmity, entitlement, or jealousy. His mother cultivated an entitlement that she is unable to satisfy while channeling that energy via his genuine personal interests.

“I didn’t expect that success would cost me my firstborn, but that is what it is,” 50 Cent continued. My grandfather used to say, “Is it a snake or do you need to get bit? If it rattles like a snake and slithers like a snake.” He keeps claiming that every time you see the boy, they are together and you have a conflict. What does that indicate?
