50 Cent has little tolerance for a jeweler reportedly exploiting his name and likeness to sell knockoffs of his renowned chain, claiming he has never purchased jewelry from TraxNYC or permitted them to profit on his celebrity.
TMZ Hip Hop received documents Thursday that show Fif suing Maksud Agadjani and his TraxNYC Corp. for trademark infringement and infringing his right of publicity. The G-Unit rapper claims Trax’s TikTok tweets about him are deceiving fans into believing he is associated with the counterfeit trinkets.
Just a few days earlier, Trax shared a photo of 50 and Drake together, displaying a collection of sparkling crucifixes with the remark, “Yo @50 Cent, you should be a jeweler.” Visit traxnyc.com or dial 212 traxnyc.”

In an August TikTok post, Trax handed up a cross identical to the one 50 was wearing, adding, “We just jocked your style, I know you watch my videos, and now I’m watching your st and jocking your st just like you jocked my s**t.”
50 previously warned Trax on Instagram that his activities would put him in hot water, and now he wants a court to halt Trax in his tracks and force him to pay at least $5 million in damages.
According to a 50 representative, “Mr. Jackson takes the unauthorized use of his name and likeness for commercial purposes very seriously.”
According to the rep, when 50 expressed his displeasure, Trax doubled back, saying, “Don’t you got better things to worry about.”
