R Kelly is presently incarcerated for a variety of offenses, including alleged child sex abuse, trafficking, and racketeering.
It appears that the disgraced R&B singer may be dealing with even more troubling accusations at this point. Earlier today, The Jasmine Brand revealed an exclusive preview for an upcoming documentary in which multiple family members spoke about the impact of his alleged crimes on them.
For instance, his ex-wife Drea Kelly breaks down in tears when speaking about what he is said to have done to their kids. She wonders why, after supposedly hurting her, he felt the need to injure their children. Joanne, his daughter, also becomes quite upset over what he is said to have done to her and the rest of their family. In the trailer, they don’t say exactly what they’re accusing him of. Mann Robinson served as executive producer of the documentary, and its release date is set for October 11. In the teaser, Joanne says, “He knows exactly why we can’t have the relationship that we would have liked with him.”

She says, “He was my everything,” once more in the teaser. I didn’t even want to accept that it had happened for a very long time. I had no idea that he would harm me, even if he wasn’t a good person. I genuinely believe that one nanosecond altered every aspect of my life.”
She continues by outlining her strategy for giving her son the truth about his grandfather. She asserts that she will not be taking her son to see her partner behind bars in spite of this.
