The divorce between Nia Long and Ime Udoka is growing nastier… the actress is now requesting primary custody of the couple’s child, claiming that the NBA head coach has failed to support the youngster.
Long made the claim in a court filing last week in Los Angeles… while demanding that a judge grant her primary legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son, Kez.
However, according to the documents, she did request that the judge grant Udoka a reasonable opportunity to contact their child to the extent “consistent with the child’s best interest.”

A decision on the petition has yet to be issued. Udoka has not yet responded.
As previously reported, the pair split up in late 2022 after 13 years together… amid rumors that Udoka had an affair with a team staffer while coaching the Boston Celtics.
Long had expressed her heartbreak at the moment the controversy was discovered, calling it “devastating” for her and her family.
Meanwhile, Udoka, who was fired from Boston after the incident, has now found a new job; the 46-year-old recently became the head coach of the Houston Rockets.
