Name-dropping Chrissy Teigen as someone whose remarks truly affected her, Courtney Stodden claims she nearly killed herself as a result of the online harassment she endured while still a teenager.
The reality TV actress talked about the mental health problems brought on by well-known celebrities criticizing her in the trailer for the new ABC News documentary, “IMPACT x Nightline: Confessions of a Child Bride.”
Stodden specifically brings up Teigen, who repeatedly expressed her hatred for Courtney on social media and even stated that her dream was for Stodden to have a “dirt nap.”

According to CS, she actually prepared a suicide note, explaining that she sincerely believed that if someone with that high profile felt that she should take her own life, then perhaps she should.

Chrissy openly apologized for all of these tweets and assured her supporters that she would improve going forward.
By the way, Chrissy wasn’t the only famous person to criticize Courtney for marrying Doug Hutchison, who was 50 at the time, when she was just 16. Actor Jason Biggs of “American Pie” also expressed regret for making jokes about her in the early 2010s.
