Prosecutors in Diddy’s case are currently disclosing the identities of the three alleged victims in his federal indictment, but at this time, only to Diddy’s attorneys.

Diddy filed a motion on March 6 in which he requested the names of the three anonymous accusers and witnesses cited in the government’s letter outlining the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations case against him.

The judge reviewed Diddy’s motion and directed the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York to provide the names to Diddy’s defense by March 10.

Diddy’s counsel contended that they required every available day to prepare for the trial, which is now less than two months away. The identities of Victims 1, 2, and 3 are not disclosed in the federal indictment.

According to the judge’s order, the identities of the women are being disclosed “under an Attorney’s Eyes Only designation.”

Naturally, Diddy’s attorneys have already identified Victim 1 as Cassie. It is evident that she is the individual in question, as the indictment contains a reference to the infamous hotel assault video.

The defense has stated that it is of the opinion that the two additional alleged victims are also former companions of Diddy. It has also maintained that all interactions between the two were mutual.

The victims’ identities may not be disclosed to the public until the trial commences, provided that the judge does not close the courtroom during their testimony, as a result of the gag order in the case.
