After his anonymous rape accuser and her legal team backed off from their shocking charges against him, JAY-Z filed a lawsuit against them.
The Jane Doe, along with attorneys Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, are accused by the Roc Nation entrepreneur in a lawsuit filed Monday, March 3, of participating in a “evil conspiracy” to extort him with “completely fabricated” claims of sexual assault.
According to the lawsuit, the lady reportedly acknowledged to JAY-Z’s legal team that she made up her tale of being raped by the rap icon when she was 13 years old in 2000. In addition, Diddy was named as a defendant in her since-dismissed case and accused of raping her.
The complaint filed by Hov states that “Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to representatives of Mr. Carter [JAY-Z] that the story brought before the world in court and on global television was just that: a false, malicious story.”

“She has acknowledged that she was not assaulted by Mr. Carter, and that in fact, Buzbee, whom she first met at a Houston coffee shop the day of her nefariously false NBC News interview, encouraged her to proceed with the false narrative of Mr. Carter’s assault in order to leverage a maximum payout.”
JAY-Z is suing the parties for civil conspiracy, abuse of process, defamation, and malicious prosecution. Due to the harmful charges, he is requesting $20 million in lost business in addition to actual and punitive damages.

“This new case which alleges the same thing as another one he pieced together and filed in Los Angeles also has no legal merit,” Buzbee said in a statement in response to the lawsuit.

For weeks, Shawn Carter’s detectives have been harassing, threatening, and threatening this poor woman in an attempt to scare her into changing her narrative. She won’t. Rather, she has consistently asserted that she is steadfast in her beliefs.
“On camera, this same team of investigators has been shown attempting to pay people to sue me and my company. We will take care of this unfortunate woman when the time comes; this is just another attempt to bully and threaten her. We refuse to be intimidated or harassed by pointless cases.

Through TMZ, the unnamed lady also retaliated against JAY-Z’s lawsuit, asserting that she is sticking to her tale, which she had previously acknowledged had flaws.
Additionally, she claims that the 55-year-old millionaire and his staff harassed her and tried to persuade her to sign an affidavit acknowledging that her allegations were untrue.
JAY-Z has denied any wrongdoing on several occasions.
