As some Amazon employees went on strike at several sites around the United States on Thursday, Bernie Sanders is criticizing Jeff Bezos for his meal with Donald Trump and calling on the company’s founder to reorganize his priorities.

Bernie accused Trump of illegally breaking unions at Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s double date at Mar-a-Lago with Trump and Melania on Wednesday night, according to an X post on Thursday.

In the same article, he also issued a direct message to Amazon, asking them to abide by the law and work out a reasonable agreement with the Teamsters.

Supported by the Teamsters union, delivery workers at seven Amazon locations—in New York, California, Illinois, and Georgia—went on strike Thursday in an effort to force the corporation to sign a labor agreement. After Amazon disregarded the union’s Sunday deadline for contract negotiations, the workers approved the strikes and took to the picket line.

According to The New York Times, Amazon has been charged by the National Labor Relations Board of refusing to engage in negotiations with workers in at least one investigation.
