Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old youngster in the most recent complaint filed against him.
The most recent complaint filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs claims that he sexually molested a 10-year-old youngster. Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the action in the Supreme Court of the State of such York, the latest of over 120 such claims revealed earlier this month.
According to the lawsuit, which was filed by a John Doe resident in California who prefers to remain anonymous, the incident occurred in 2005 when he was only 10 years old. According to the petition, he wanted to be an actor or rapper, so his parents engaged an industry consultant, who eventually scheduled a meeting with Combs for what was portrayed as an audition.
During the boy’s journey to New York with his parents to meet with Combs, the suit claims he requested to meet with him alone before meeting with his family. The consultant brought him to Combs’ hotel room and left him alone with the music mogul.
While alone with Combs in the hotel room, another person gave the child a Pepsi, which he drank. Shortly after, he says he started feeling “a little funny,” which is thought to be because the drink was mixed with narcotics. He claims Combs instructed him to get closer to him and then shoved him down, telling him that to make it in the music industry, “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”
Combs allegedly displayed his genitals to the youngster and urged him to “kiss it,” then forced him to perform oral sex when he refused. Shortly later, the kid lost consciousness. When he woke up, his “anus and buttocks hurt badly,” and Combs’ “pants were undone.” He cried and stated he wanted to return to his parents, but Combs is reported to have informed him that if he mentioned anything to anyone, he would hurt his parents.
This case is one of two new ones filed in New York on Monday. The second comes from a man who claims Combs sexually attacked him in 2008 while auditioning for “Making the Band.” He was 17 years old. The accuser, an unidentified John Doe, claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex at three consecutive auditions for the show, as did his bodyguard, described as “T.”
According to the lawsuit, Combs told him that the sex acts were “a test” to see how strongly he wanted to succeed in the music industry. When he visually conveyed his displeasure with the scenario, Combs allegedly stated that he would be “keeping an eye” on him. He was eventually eliminated from the tournament.
Tony Buzbee’s counsel have strongly refuted the charges, as they have in previous litigation against Combs. “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” claimed a spokeswoman for Combs. “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
Combs is being detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being arrested by Homeland Security on September 16 on allegations of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pled not guilty to the accusations and was denied bail by two different courts. His trial is scheduled to commence in May 2025.
