50 Cent says he turned down a $3 million deal to perform at Donald Trump’s most recent event at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
During his interview on The Breakfast Club on Tuesday morning, he revealed why he did not endorse the former president. The interview comes just seven days before the 2024 election.
“I got a call, but they wanted me [for] Sunday,” said 50, before adding, “They offered $3 million.” Despite listening to the offer, 50 claims the discussions did not progress very far. “I didn’t go very far… I did not discuss such topics with them. I’m frightened of politics. Do you understand? “I do not like anything about them,” he stated.

From there, he outlined his decision-making, using Kanye West as an example. “It’s because when you do get involved in it, no matter how you feel, someone will strongly disagree with you. “That’s the formula for the confusion that led Kanye to Japan,” he explained. “He said something about both of those things — and now he can only go to Japan.” For months, the controversial rapper has been conducting Vultures listening events around the world.
