Iron Maiden has launched the ‘Run For Your Lives World Tour’ in celebration of the band’s 50th anniversary.

The ‘Number of the Beast’ heavy metal titans, created by Steve Harris in late 1975, will tour Europe in 2025 and 2026 for 27 gigs to commemorate the milestone.

The band has promised fans a special set selection covering nine studio albums from 1980’s Iron Maiden to 1992’s Fear of the Dark.

The band’s greatest tracks from this period were ‘Run to the Hills’, ‘The Trooper’, ‘Can I Play With Madness’, and ‘Bring Your Daughter… to the Slaughter’.

Frontman Bruce Dickinson stated, “Next year is a really special year for Iron Maiden, and we’re going to give our fans a once-in-a-lifetime live experience.

“And, of course, it’s not just London; the entire UK tour will be a huge celebration for all of us.

“Bringing this very special show to all of our fans in the UK and Ireland next year will be a fantastic way to celebrate Iron Maiden’s 50th anniversary.” We can’t wait to see everyone there!”
