The entertainment world welcomed Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s reunion and marriage a few years ago, but it appears that the couple’s love story may be coming to an end yet again.
Suge Knight believes their rumored divorce is the result of the FBI providing the Daredevil actor with evidence of the “Jenny From The Block” singer indulging in criminal activities discovered during a raid on Diddy’s properties a few months back.
Knight explained his argument in detail on the most recent episode of his podcast, Collect Calls With Suge Knight. “They go raid Puffy’s house and they get all these videos of J. Lo doing this and J. Lo doing that,” he claimed, referring to her role in the 1999 nightclub shooting in which Shyne took the blame for the mogul. “And they know the fact that J. Lo lied and said that the gun was Shyne’s or whatever and sent that man to prison, destroyed his life and she knew it was Puffy’s.”

The former CEO of Death Row Records believes that the FBI provided the material to Affleck as a “solid” so that he might be aware of what was going on before the recordings became public, especially given the impact that the footage of the Bad Boy founder attacking Cassie had. “It’s a white man who got respect in the white world,” he told me. “I’m quite sure they said, ‘We want to show you some things about your wife.'”
Suge Knight feared that once Affleck saw the footage, he would be unable to look at Jennifer Lopez in the same way. “I’m quite sure they headed for divorce because that’s a man who had a good life,” he told me. “Great parents do not spend a lot of money. He’s not tripping off the cameras; he’s just living his life. He has his own team. She’s brought all that extra sht out, and now that motherf*ker. “He wants out.”
When you consider Diddy and J. Lo’s amorous past, these charges take on new meaning. They dated from 1999 to 2001, and Rolling Stone recently stated that he tried to win her back following their breakup. Over the previous few months, the Making The Band star has been accused of sexual assault and other offenses purportedly committed around that period.
Homeland Security raided the “I Need A Girl” singer’s Los Angeles and Miami homes in March of this year. Just under two months later, video of him attacking Cassie in 2016 surfaced online. Knight issued an ominous warning to Puff earlier this year, but it wasn’t clear whether he was referring to this footage or anything else. “Your life’s in danger ’cause you know the secrets, who’s involved in that little secret room you guys are participating in,” he told you. “So, you know they’re going to get you if they can.”
