T.I. presents a brand new freestyle during his visit to the West Coast. Guesting on Power 106 LA with host Justin Credible, the Atlanta native gave a gripping freestyle over Dr. Dre’s “F**k Wit Dre Day” and “Lil Ghetto Boy” before taking on Nipsey Hussle’s “Victory Lap”.
“Old dime a dozen a** ni**a, you are not rare,” says the 43-year-old rapper. “21 years in this motherfu**er, top tier/ We are not peers, when we cheer it is not beer.”
He continued to show off his rhyme talents and pay homage to artists such as 21 Savage, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, and Dr. Dre. The freestyle also addressed allegations and legal documents, appearing to refer to sexual assault claims made against him and his wife, R&B artist Tiny.
The freestyle comes as the “Bring Em Out” artist prepares to release what he claims will be his final album.
“I’m working my way up to it,” the rapper stated in 2023. “I’ve been composing music, and it’s… what can I say? It’s growing beyond the premise I had for my previous album.”
“My last album, Kill the King, will be edgy and energetic,” he explained. There will be a lot of tips in it. But I’ve started doing more melodic R&B, Afrobeat-R&B, and party music.”
The album is preceded by the single “LLOGCLAY” featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again, which debuted earlier this year. Give it a listen below.
