According to legal documents acquired by TMZ documenting the alleged event, a chair came flying down 6 storeys to the ground outside of Chiefs Bar on Sunday evening, landing just a few feet away from some Nashville PD officers who were standing outside.
The officers investigated to find out what had transpired, and they claim Morgan was held culpable. The officers checked CCTV tape and said they saw MW toss the chair; eyewitnesses told them Morgan laughed afterward.
Officers apprehended Morgan and hauled him away, with a portion of the incident captured on video… you can see Morgan sitting in the back of a cruiser and presumably yelling.
