According to legal documents acquired by TMZ documenting the alleged event, a chair came flying down 6 storeys to the ground outside of Chiefs Bar on Sunday evening, landing just a few feet away from some Nashville PD officers who were standing outside.

The officers investigated to find out what had transpired, and they claim Morgan was held culpable. The officers checked CCTV tape and said they saw MW toss the chair; eyewitnesses told them Morgan laughed afterward.

Officers apprehended Morgan and hauled him away, with a portion of the incident captured on video… you can see Morgan sitting in the back of a cruiser and presumably yelling.

According to Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, “At 10:53 p.m. Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.”. He is fully collaborating with the authorities.

This isn’t the first time Wallen has been in trouble; he was arrested in 2020 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Of course, he became embroiled in scandal following his n-word incident in 2021.
