Paparazzi spotted Diddy enjoying a smoke break at his Miami mansion on Sunday.
In a video published by The Hollywood Fix, the Bad Boy entrepreneur dances to himself while smoking on his home’s pier, wearing a towel over his shoulders. It follows a raid by Homeland Security agents on that home and another in Los Angeles last week.
Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, described the raids as a “gross overuse of military-level force.” He further stated in a statement that “Mr. Combs was never jailed but spoke with and cooperated with authorities. Despite media conjecture, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been detained, nor have their travel rights been limited in any manner.
In addition to the legal issues, he has recently faced a number of civil cases alleging sexual assault. Most recently, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones accused him of sexual assault. Jones stated in her lawsuit that Diddy once boasted about being responsible for the infamous 1999 nightclub massacre involving Shyne. According to RadarOnline, federal officials may be investigating the matter. According to Michael Discioarro, a New York criminal defense attorney, “They have eyes on him in Miami, and the FBI are questioning witness after witness. They are corroborating whatever they can. However, Mr. Diddy is currently discussing everything from the past and today.
