According to Crystal Hefner, his wife, Hugh Hefner’s penis was his top focus right up until the end.

In her upcoming memoir, “Only Say Good Things,” the former Playboy model alleges that the late publishing mogul used Viagra, an erection-inducing medicine, so frequently to maintain his sex life that he finally lost his hearing in one ear.

She adds in the book (via the Daily Mail) that Hef “always said he’d rather be deaf and still be able to have sex.” “Weird.”

Numerous studies have shown that extended Viagra use is associated with hearing loss in one or both ears.

Hugh and Crystal met when she was 21 and he was 81. She admits that even though she thought her dreams had come true when she moved into the Playboy Mansion, the truth was much grimmer.

In addition to forcing Crystal and the other Bunnies to participate in orgies, the Playboy founder allegedly had complete control over every aspect of Crystal’s life, down to the color of her nail varnish (sheers and light pinks).

It was humiliating. I’m not sure how many people have ever shared our bedroom at once, but it’s a lot. Pretty awful,” she remembers.

‘Oh, now it’s your turn,’ we said. Nobody really wanted to be there, but I believe Hef still believed he was in his 40s at the time because of those nights, the guests, and the mansion. He believed, “I still have it.”

Also discussed is the former psychology student’s first night with Hugh, which she calls “unremarkable.”

“Whatever you would like, whatever you would think, or however you would want a night to go, well, it wasn’t that,” she writes in her book, which will be available for purchase in January 2024.

Hugh passed away in 2017 from a cardiac arrest he had while battling E. coli. He was 91.

Crystal expressed her sorrow over his passing in a moving message, saying that he “saved” her life and made her “feel loved every single day.”

She added at the time, “I shall feel eternal gratitude to have been by his side, holding his hand, and telling him how much I love him.

But Crystal claims that in the years since his passing, she has been “deprogrammed.”

Hef told me in a chat that “Once I go, when I’m gone, please only say good things about me,” which is why the song is called “Only Say Good Things.” In July, Crystal discussed her book with The Post.

“For the past five years, I have upheld that pledge. I came to the realization that I had to be open and honest about my time there after undergoing extensive counseling and recovery. The subject of the book is recovering from a poisonous environment.
