Drake’s five-year-old son Adonis created the artwork for the cover of his upcoming album For All the Dogs.
On Monday, the Hotline Bling hitmaker shared the artwork on Instagram and credited the youngster with the illustration.
“FOR ALL THE DOGS… Cover by Adonis,” he captioned the photo simply.
The illustration shows a four-legged animal with red eyes, big ears, and no tail. On a plain black background, the creature, which was hastily colored in white, appears.
Drake’s followers seemed to like Adonis’ artwork, with one remarking, “ADONIS COMING THRU WITH THE PICASSO (sic),” and another saying, “That kids got an Art Future (sic).”
“Okay, lil Drake came clutch with the album cover!” said another.
For months, the Canadian actress, real name Aubrey Graham, has teased For All the Dogs. He announced it will be available in “a couple of weeks” at his show in Brooklyn, New York at the end of July, but it has yet to be released.
Adonis, whose mother is Sophie Brussaux, has spent the summer with his father and recently attended a concert by the rapper in Los Angeles. Drake asked his supporters at the time to keep the evening “PG” for his baby.
“Look, to be honest with you, I can’t talk about t*tties tonight in L.A. because my son is attending the show for the first time,” he explained to the audience. “So we’ll have to keep this PG tonight.” Please wear your bras. Put them up here another time.”
