After A Health Scare, Jamie Foxx Offers An Update, Saying That He Is "Finally Starting To Feel Like Myself"

Jamie Foxx is relieved to say that he is recovering.

The actor, who was admitted to the hospital in April due to an undisclosed medical issue, shared an update on Wednesday to let his fans know that he’s virtually recovered.

“You’re looking at a grateful man… I’m beginning to feel like myself at last… It has been a surprisingly grim journey. but I can make out the light… I appreciate everyone who has contacted out and sent prayers and well wishes,” he stated.

I have a lot of people to thank, he continued. You simply aren’t aware of its significance. I’ll be personally thanking each of you… And in case you weren’t aware, GOD IS GOOD. every day, all day… “Swipe left for me, better and back, no bad days.”

Foxx’s remarks were uplifting and supportive. Even Tina Knowles offered her best wishes in the comments section.

I regularly pray for you, as does the rest of the globe, she added. “You are such a unique man and a gift to the entertainment industry. You are blessed by God, mom Tina.

After going “through hell and back,” Foxx returned to social media last month with a video message to thank his supporters. His first recorded public appearance was on a Chicago boat excursion, although he was afterwards seen going back to work in Las Vegas on a commercial shoot set.
