‘Grateful’ For the first time since his 18-year-old son Bronny’s cardiac arrest, LeBron James speaks up.

LeBron James says his son Bronny James’ health is “great,” three days after the 18-year-old went into cardiac arrest during a basketball practice.

“I want to thank everyone who has sent my family love and prayers,” the NBA player said on Twitter on Thursday. “We sense you, and I’m grateful.”

“Everyone [is] doing great,” the athlete added. “We have our family together, we are safe and healthy, and we feel your love.”

“Will have more to say when we’re ready,” LeBron, 38, said, “but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us!” #JamesGang.”

Bronny suffered into cardiac arrest while practicing with his college squad at the University of Southern California on Monday.

The adolescent was rushed to a hospital, where he was treated in an intensive care unit before being transferred to general care.

“He is now in stable condition and is no longer in ICU,” James’ spokeswoman stated Tuesday.

The sportsman, who is also the father of son Bryce, 16, and daughter Zhuri, 8, was pictured visiting Bronny at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles the day before in images obtained exclusively by a source.

TMZ Sports said on Wednesday that the USC player was “doing much better,” leaving his father “relieved.”

“[He and wife Savannah James] seem to have gotten enough reassurance from his doctors to tamp down the fear,” a source told the magazine.

While Bronny’s baseball future is unknown, he garnered headlines for his outstanding play at Sierra Canyon High School before committing to USC in May.

In LeBron’s August 2022 cover story, the kid stated that he was “born” to play the sport.

“It feels like the path was already chosen,” Bronny explained. “My father is cool enough to let me take whatever path I want if I don’t want to play basketball.” But I’m very confident basketball will be my thing.”
