Rihanna has sold one of two Beverly Hills properties she owns just two years after purchasing it.

The We Found Love singer, who is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, sold the four bedroom, five bathroom home to celebrity agency Tracey Jacobs, who has represented Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow, for $10.3 million.

The 1930s mansion has a two-story main house and a guest apartment above a detached two-car garage, as well as a long gated driveway with space for up to eight cars.

Rihanna purchased it in 2021 for $10 million and recently upgraded it with light décor and opulent amenities such as a master bedroom with a spa-style shower, a swimming pool with poolside cabana, and a half-size basketball court.

Despite selling the multi-million dollar residence, the 35-year-old still lives next door in the $14 million mansion with her partner and their one-year-old kid RZA.

Rihanna purchased the 7,600-square-foot mansion with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 2021 and has previously shared photos of the family home on Instagram.

However, the singer’s calm retreat was disturbed in March when a man was discovered on the property with the aim to propose to her.

According to The Daily Mail, Rihanna’s security team alerted the police, who arrived swiftly and placed the man in handcuffs and placed him in a squad car. He was not charged, however, because it was determined that he had not broken any laws.

The multi-talented celebrity, who is worth an estimated $1.4 billion, also owns two penthouse residences in Century City’s The Century skyscraper, one of which was previously owned by Friends alum Matthew Perry.

Rihanna paid $21 million for the spectacular apartment, which comprises the whole 40th floor of The Century skyscraper and includes four balconies, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and an open living area.

The mother-of-one also owns a $22 million beachfront estate in her native Barbados, and she previously lived in a Spanish-style villa in West Hollywood, which she purchased in 2017 and offered for sale just months later.
