Al Pacino apparently thought he couldn’t get Noor Alfallah pregnant due of a medical condition that causes infertility.
According to sources close to the issue, Pacino, 83, did not believe he could impregnate his 29-year-old fiancée, or anyone else, and demanded she get a paternity test to confirm the child was his, TMZ claimed Thursday.
According to the sources, the “Godfather” star had medical concerns that would typically preclude a guy from becoming pregnant.
Pacino apparently had suspicions about the baby’s paternity and requested a DNA test. Alfallah passed the test, proving that he was the father of her child.
The “Scarface” star purportedly had no idea she was pregnant until two months ago and was allegedly “shocked” to learn he was having his fourth child.
On May 30, it was revealed that Pacino and Alfallah were expecting a child together. At the time, TMZ said that she was eight months pregnant.
He and Mick Jagger’s ex-girlfriend first generated relationship rumors in April 2022 when they were photographed having dinner at Felix Trattoria in Venice, California. However, according to various sources, they had been dating since the COVID-19 outbreak.
“She typically dates very wealthy older men… “She’s been with Al for a while, and they get along great,” our source added. “Even though he is older than her father, the age difference does not appear to be an issue.”

It’s unclear whether the couple is still together, as a source told gossip site Showbiz411 that they had “no relationship.”
According to the insider, Pacino “thought their relationship was over a long time ago” and has had “lawyers… working on this for months.”
They were last photographed together in April, however.
Pacino already has a 33-year-old daughter Julie with Jan Tarrant, as well as twins Olivia and a 22-year-old son Anton with Beverly D’Angelo. Meanwhile, it looks that this is Alfallah’s first child.
Robert De Niro, who recently welcomed his seventh kid with his partner Tiffany Chen, expressed his support for his “Irishman” co-star.
“He’s a few years older than me,” De Niro, 79, told Hoda Kotb on Thursday’s “Today” show, adding, “God bless him.”
