Al Pacino, 83, was not expecting to become a new father… we’ve heard his girlfriend’s pregnancy came as a complete surprise to the actor.

According to sources close to Pacino and 29-year-old Noor Alfallah, he was not planning on having a fourth child in their relatively new relationship. They’ve only been together a year.

Although it may seem obvious, there are a number of seniors who are intentional about having children, such as 73-year-old Richard Gere, who has a 2-1/2-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a 9-year-old. Tony Randall, for example, was 77 when he and his 26-year-old wife produced their first child. Larry King was 65 years old when he had his son Chance, who was followed by son Cannon the following year. And Billy Joel was 71 years old when he had his last child.

The news was first reported by TMZ… Alfallah is 8 months pregnant, which she has managed to keep hidden despite being seen out with Al numerous times in the last month.

We don’t know the gender of the baby yet, but it will be Al’s fourth child.

Al has 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton with actress Beverly D’Angelo, and 33-year-old Julia with Jan Tarrant.

Noor’s first film will be Baby Pacino. She’s dated other well-known celebrities, including Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen, as previously reported, but no foolin’ with them.
