After Her Separation With Pete Davidson, Kim Kardashian Says She Doesn't Want To Repeat Her' Same Errors' In Relationships

Kim Kardashian claims she is now more “mindful” in her romantic interactions so as to not repeat “the same mistakes” she has made in the past.

Kim, at 42, has tied the knot three times, including once to musician Kanye West. North, Chicago, Psalm, and Saint are the names of the couple’s four children; they tied the knot in 2014.

However, they divorced in 2022 after deciding to go their separate ways in 2021.

Later, the Kardashians star began dating comedian Pete Davidson, but after nine months, the couple split up.

Kim called herself a “hopeless romantic” and “always wants to be in love” during a recent interview on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast.

I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love, and [I] definitely enjoy sharing my life with someone, and love making a life with someone,” Kim said when asked if she was ready to love again.

It’s certainly a tough spot to be in, since how do you approach it?

“There are a lot of things at play, but love is magic to me, and I’ll always believe in it and want to find it. However, I don’t feel any need to hurry, so I’m taking my time.

“There’s so much happening that I’m never bored or lonely, which is very important to me. I have faith, and I have faith all the time. Whatever is intended to be will be, in my opinion.

“There are a lot of things at play, but love is magic to me, and I’ll always believe in it and want to find it. However, I don’t feel any need to hurry, so I’m taking my time.

“There’s so much happening that I’m never bored or lonely, which is very important to me. I have faith, and I have faith all the time. Whatever is intended to be will be, in my opinion.

Kim continued by saying she won’t hurry into anything since she doesn’t want to “make the same mistakes” she has in the past.

She continued, “I think there are so many elements, especially when you have kids, and being cautious of individuals who enter your life.

“I think it just has to be different for me” “If I can look at everything that I did wrong and try not to make the same mistakes and really take my time, I think it just has to be different for me.”

Kim didn’t elaborate on the’mistakes’ she thinks she’s made, but she did divulge the one thing that matters most to her in a relationship: respect.

“I think just having that mutual respect, treating people with respect, is just a given,” she said the podcaster.

Every couple is different. If there is universal respect, I believe it is the most important factor.
