“Back in Action” stars Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz.
The two have made their first appearance on the set of their Netflix action movie since Foxx allegedly had a “meltdown” and fired four employees.
Foxx, 55, was spotted shooting scenes with Diaz, 50, in the snow-covered English countryside, according to images obtained by the Daily Mail on Thursday.
Diaz wore a warm camel-colored Chloe sweater over black leather trousers and black boots.
Her co-star wore a suit, a white button-down shirt, black dress shoes, and was toting a sizable black bag.
According to The Sun, Foxx fired four crew members earlier this month, as was previously revealed regarding the Seth Gordon-directed movie.
The “Ray” actor is thought to have had a “tantrum” and dismissed two directors, an executive producer, and his driver.
Foxx, according to a different story from the source, was the victim of a $40,000 scam, which caused yet another halt in production.
The movie, Diaz’s first endeavor since “Annie” in 2014, has reportedly been nothing short of a “nightmare,” and “there have been a lot of delays” due to “an investigation into everything going on,” according to a source.
People will be relieved when this matter is eventually resolved, the insider told the outlet, “but it sounds like they tried to offer up a Rolex watch as part of the deal.”
Other rumors state that once the filming for the Netflix movie is finished, Diaz will leave Hollywood once more.
After “Back in Action,” the actress will stop acting so she can devote her time to Raddix, her 3-year-old daughter, a source informed the Daily Mail on Monday.
She has been very worn out by these consecutive 10-hour workdays and despises being apart from Raddix, the source said.
More than anything else in the world, Cameron adores being a mother.
2015 marriage between Diaz and musician Benji Madden of Good Charlotte resulted in the birth of their daughter.
Although the 44-year-old “I Just Wanna Live” performer is in favor of Diaz’s acting endeavors, her dedication to the movie has reportedly “been a lot on him.”
Diaz announced her first-time acting retirement a year before bringing Raddix into the world in 2019.
