Aaron Rodgers has come out of hiding and will be playing for the New York Jets. On his regular Pat McAfee show, AR12 announced that he will “perform for the New York Jets.”
Rodgers is reportedly still a member of the Green Bay Packers for the time being, but both teams are reportedly in talks to make a trade because the Wisconsin team wishes to move on.
“I haven’t been holding anything up, and I made it obvious that I intended to play and play for the New York Jets. The Packers are attempting to obtain recompense. The Packers want to move forward and have made that clear to me in numerous ways, Rodgers said.
Rodgers admitted that he was 90% moving toward retirement when he started his nighttime retreat but decided to play football again. In addition, Rodgers said that choosing to go back to Green Bay was a “bittersweet” choice.
I absolutely adore that metropolis. That order is something I adore and will continue to adore. The reality is that they and I both want to move on at this point, according to Rodgers.
The quarterback listed his offensive coordinator’s transfer from the Packers, among other things, as reasons to join the Jets. Allen Lazard, a Packers wide receiver, has already been signed by the Jets to a four-year, $44 million contract.
The reports about his choice and requests, particularly those from ESPN reporters Adam Schefter and Diana Russini, reportedly irritated Rodgers during his time on the program. Schefter reportedly asked for information, but no response was given, according to Rodgers.
“Ask Schefter what I texted him when he acquired my number in some way… DELETE MY NUMBER
The message was verified by Schefter.
The Jets now have +1400 chances to win the Super Bowl. Do you believe the Aaron Rodgers and Jets trial will be successful?
