There will soon be two new recordings from Snoop Dogg. The albums will be made available in collaboration with Larry Jackson’s just-announced Gamma record company.
Snoop shared the information on Instagram while highlighting the label’s $1 billion major expenditure.
Snoop disclosed to Bloomberg that in addition to the new albums, the label also helped redistribute the Death Row Records back catalog.
Two Black men joining forces to transform the business made sense, according to Snoop Dogg. I didn’t want to work with a traditional business because they revere and fear me so much that they wouldn’t want to share ideas with me.
