Vontae Davis, A Former NFL Star, Was Seen Sleeping Close To A Car Crash And Was Arrested For DUI

Vontae Davis, a former NFL player, is pictured dozing off close to a wrecked Tesla that he is accused of causing while intoxicated.

According to TMZ, Davis is suspected of causing the serious collision by ramming his automobile into the rear of a Toyota truck. Davis can be seen dozing off on the road in photos taken at the crash site while workers clear the debris.

Davis reportedly slept at the site up until he was put in a car, at which point he started to regain consciousness, according to witnesses there. Officers would inform him that he was being detained for a DUI inside the vehicle.

The officer remarked, “Your eyes are bloodshot.” You have slurred speech. You’re struggling to stay awake. Are you okay? You nearly killed someone.

Davis would admit to consuming two “mixed cocktails” prior to operating a motor vehicle, but cannot recall the collision.
