After Stephen “Twitch” Boss passed away without leaving a will, his dance partner Allison Holker petitioned the Los Angeles Superior Court for a share of his inheritance.
Holker, whose real name is Allison Boss, provided formal court documents on Wednesday demonstrating that she was married to Boss and that he had no will. On December 13, Boss, a cherished dancer and DJ for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” committed suicide. He was 40.
The petition claims that Holker is asking for half of Boss’ community assets, including the investment account for his production company of the same name, as well as earnings from his collaborations with Disney and the Screen Actors Guild.

The couple got hitched on December 10, 2013, in Paso Robles, California. Three kids were raised by the former “So You Think You Can Dance” contestants: Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3.
“I love you forever and always, my spouse, best friend, babe, Chee-chalker, Superman, and father of my children!” Last month, Holker posted on Instagram.
“We will continue to spread your light and love over the globe as we will always remember you as the genuine beacon of light that you were. We are grateful for our wonderful experiences together as well as our wonderful shared life.”
