Madonna has canceled her Celebration World Tour after being sent to the hospital with a’serious bacterial infection.’

Madonna is recovering from a health scare that has forced her to postpone her Celebration World Tour, which was scheduled to begin next month. Guy Oseary, Madonna’s longtime manager, revealed on Instagram that the singer had “developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several-day stay in the ICU” on Saturday.

“Her health is improving, but she is still receiving medical attention.” “A full recovery is anticipated,” Oseary added. “At this time, we must pause all commitments, including the tour.” More information, including a new tour start date and rescheduled dates, will be shared with you as soon as we get it.”

The 64-year-old singer was discovered “unresponsive” and transported to a hospital in New York City, where she was intubated for at least one night. Lourdes Leon, her eldest daughter, was allegedly by her side during the ordeal. According to a source close to the issue, Madonna has been released from the intensive care unit and is presently healing.

The Celebration tour was set to kick up on July 15 in Vancouver, Canada, with two gigs beginning on July 18 in Seattle. Madonna’s tour was set to continue across the United States and Canada until early October, when she would depart for Europe. More US dates were added in December and January, followed by four shows in Mexico City.

Madonna took to social media just days before her hospitalization to commemorate the conclusion of elementary school for her 10-year-old twin kids. In May, Lourdes, twins Stelle and Estere, boys Rocco and David, and daughter Mercy spent Mother’s Day in New York City with all six of her children: Lourdes, twins Stelle and Estere, sons Rocco and David, and daughter Mercy.
